Day 1 : Delhi - Dehradun
India Gate, Delhi Vacations PackagesDrive to Dehradun. It is today one of
the most developed cities of India. Situated on the threshold of a world full
of adventure, spiritualism and tranquility, amidst the shivalik ranges, the
foothills of Himalayas, Dehradun is an entry point for all the trekkers and
mountaineers onto their journey into the Garhwal Himalayas. Doon Valley finds
its place between the two most important rivers of India Ganga and Yamuna,
and is a picturesque town with moderate climate and a number of places of
tourist interest.
Day 2 : Dehradun
Next morning take a full day city tour of Dehradun viewing
Forest Research Institute or the FRI is one of the best research institutes devoted to the same purpose all around the world. A vast extensive museum in its premises displays a wide range of diverse botanical specimens; it is a great experience to witness the innumerable species of vegetation on the Earth. The Botanical Garden set in the campus is another attraction of the place.
Tapkeshwar Temple
The temple of Lord Shiva as the God of strict rituals of 'tap', it stands
majestically on the outskirts of the city with a long flight of stairs to
ascend. A picture-perfect beauty, there is a gushing river flowing by its
sides that complement the main temple and other shrines studding the area
with its pleasant cool waters.
Dehradun Tour, Weekend Dehradun Tour, Delhi Dehradun Vacation Tour, Dehradun Temple IndiaMalsi Deer Park, 8 km from the city, is on the road to Mussoorie. A good picnic spot, the park is as the name suggests home to the gentle and shy deer's who can be seen nibbling at the grass from a distance. Cool breeze and giggles and chuckles of the young children who are thrilled to see this big-eyed creature is enough to fill anybody with new enthusiasm and zest for life.
Sahastradhara, sulphur springs have long been credited with unique healing powers for certain diseases both in the early eastern and the western medical sciences. 14 km from the centre of the city, Sahastradhara is such a place where one can see people coming from far off with their ailing loved ones in search of a natural cure. It also makes an excellent picnic spot with its lush green surroundings and foaming waterfall.
Robber's Cave, 8 km from Dehradun, just beyond the Anarwala village, the
famous Robber's Cave is a fabulous picnic spot, which is sure to delight the
visitors.

Day 3 : Dehradun - Delhi
Day free for leisure activities. Depart for Delhi.
Dehradun Mussoorie Trek
Duration : 05 Nights / 06 Days
Destinations Covered : Delhi - Dehradun - Mussoorie - Kempty Fall - Dehradun
- Mussoorie - Delhi
Dehradun Railway Station Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival met at the airport and transfer to the hotel. O/N stay at Hotel.
Day 2 : Delhi –Dehradun
Morning transfer to the New delhi station time to train for Dehradun.On arrival
met at the station and transfer to the hotel. Evening free to explore the
Dehradun. Over night stay in hotel.
Day 3 : Dehradun-Mussoorie
After breakfast 35 kms drive to Mussoorie with packed lunch. On the way visit
Malsi deer park, Mussoorie sightseeing and ropeway ride. After noon drive
to George Everest House 8 kms. Dinner and overnight stay in camp or Hotel.
Day 4 : Base Camp
After breakfast 6 kms Trek to Jwala Devi with packed lunch from Jwala Devi
view of Himalayan peaks, Yamuna river and Mussoorie valley. In the afternoon
trek back to Camp. Dinner and overnight stay in camp or Hotel.
Kempty Fall, Mussoorie Day 5 : Base Camp
Early morning we will go for 12 kms trek to Bhadraj temple with packed lunch.
From Bhadraj temple view of Himalayan peaks, Shivalik ranges, Doon valley,
Dakpather and Asan Barrage. In the afternoon 12 kms Trek back to camp or Hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay in camp.
Day 6 : Base Camp - Kempty Fall - Dehradun – Delhi
After breakfast 8 kms trek to Kempty falls with packed lunch. After having
bath in Kempty falls drive back to Mussoorie and then drive to Dehradun 50
kms.. On arrival transfer to the station time to catch train for Delhi. On
arrival met at the station and transfer to the hotel. O/N stay at Hotel.
Day 7 : Delhi - Departure
Morning sightseeing tour of delhi in the evening transfer tothe hotel time
to catch flight for onwrad dstination.
